Executive Advisor · Growth & Operations
I help small and mid-size business owners get clear on what's next, build the plan to get there, and bring the right tools to the table. Including AI.
About
I've spent my career inside businesses of all sizes, working across technology, sales, operations, and strategy. I'm not a specialist. I'm the person who sits between the people who are, and helps them get to the point.
I work with small business owners and founders who are ready for the next stage of growth and want a thinking partner to get there. That might mean sharpening your operations, building the team around you, getting your strategy out of your head and into a plan, or figuring out where AI actually fits. Usually it's some combination of all of it.
I'm an EOS Integrator by discipline, a connector by nature, and the person at the table who asks the hard questions so the real conversation can start.
What I Do
You've built something real. Now you're ready to sharpen how it runs, scale what's working, and make smarter decisions about what comes next. That's where I come in.
A straight look at where your business is, what's working, what's not, and what needs to happen next. Strategy, operations, AI readiness. No jargon. Just clarity.
I bring the right people, tools, and structure to the table. Whether it's internal alignment, operational systems, or the right outside partners, I help you build a path that fits.
Ongoing advisory and accountability through execution. Growth plans, operational improvements, AI adoption. I stay with you so the plan doesn't stall before it gains momentum.
Cohort Experience
The AI Table is a 4-week live cohort for small business owners and founders who are ready to stop wondering about AI and start doing something with it.
This isn't a lecture series. It's a working table. You'll come with real questions from your business, and you'll leave with a practical plan, a sharper understanding of what's possible, and a room full of peers going through the same thing.
Small group. Guided conversation. No prior AI experience needed. You just need to be the kind of person who'd rather sort it out than sit it out.
